I’m the founder of MetaMindsⓇ and the creator of Mindfulness AloudⓇ. Mindfulness AloudⓇ isn’t therapy, nor is it meditation. It’s a body-based process of turning towards what’s challenging so that tension eases, wounds heal, vitality returns and a connection to oneself deepens and expands. To facilitate these sessions I offer suggestions rooted in my SE and Inner Relationship Focusing training. I’m currently completing my last year in Ann Weiser Cornell’s IRF Professional training.
